All of you are right: this music is from all those places (Slovenia, Balkans, Bavaria, Austria, Germany) altogether. Simply, it's from Trieste (like Alessandra): best city in the world, at the only meeting point in Europe of Germanic/Latin/Slavic cultures (and Alps/Mediterranean as well as West/East), for listening to accordion tunes being played at many corners while walking along its streets, slopes and seaside ^_^
