Playing nice animations adds no value. Linux sucks at the desktop. I know what I am talking about because I've been using Linux for years. Linux is for developers and geeks, not the for average guy.
People like you make videos with attractive titles like "my new OS way better than windows!!!", but you never say why it's better, you just play music and spin a cube.
I want valid reasons, not eyecandy or shitty music videos.

@autonomous2010 I´ve used linux for 6 years and i´ve never had problems with my hardware in any of the computers I´ve installed it... After a 24 - 30 minutes installation you´re good to go. I installed Windows Vista on a computer and after 45 mins installation i had to spent about 2 hours looking for drivers. Windows doesn´t has better hardware support than llinux, it just uses binaries from 3rd party developers.

@buildingmovies Yea I knew that, what I basically meant is they're all pretty much the samething in that ones family tree, because of unix and what not that ties them all in together. Where as for windows is a completely different breed altogether, although it is true Gates robbed and stole that idea from Jobs in college.
I use Linux at work, it's certainly not better than Windows mainly because of the unsupported features. It´s pretty good because it´s Opensource but nothing great, just stay with XP or Vista if you want the best out of your PC.
The only thing windows is good for is games mainly because games are not intended for Linux as it is a 3rd party system, if Linux can transfer the capability from Windows its would be by far the best as of now all it has is awesome visuals (get boring fast and get nothing accomplished) and a more advanced console
And Software and game programmers only make their games and software for Windows, NOT Linux. If Linux had all the Drivers for hardware support and all the games that Windows can run then it would be the Dominant Operating System.
Personally I really like Linux but there is no version that supports all my hardware so I am stuck with Windows Vista. :-/
Okay, I'd like to see you run a few... games with GameGuard or... HackShield... let's say.... MapleStory... you think that's gonna happen? NO.
