I have a question... you showed two bags and said that one is for the marshmellows and one is for the top? ... not sure what that means or what to do with the larger bag!! Is the cocoa in that separate bag? ... it just looks really large for a packet of cocoa. Great project.. I really love the colors and it will make a nice gift for my mail carrier! Thanks Angie!
