She is rediculous! embarassing to the inuit culture!
I wish this had better sound quality. Sounds a bit of a mess with all the acoustics in that building, but I bet it was amazing live. Tagaq is so freakin talented.

That is the worst "musical" performance I've ever heard in my life. I would even rate country music over this. Someone needs to stand up and tell that women that she's horrible (and then pat her on the back for fooling so many people into thinking she's actually good).

I was reluctant about posting this video in the first place; Tagaq's performance was truly incredible (everyone I spoke to who went agreed that it was perhaps their most mind-blowing concert experience ever) but a lot of the atmosphere got lost in video.
mmmmmm... not really... expression is supposed to convey a certain feeling , you couldn't say that this translates into any kind of feeling or emotion....
1) Music is not bound by any formal characteristics, but reflects a union of expressive intent on the part of the artist and a recognition of that intent on the part of the listener. If you fail to recognize this as music, it might be because you're missing something that other people have found.
2) And to that end, I encourage you to consider primal human experiences such as birth and death, as well as shamanic experiences. There may not be a word in English for the feeling and emotion that is felt in these most intense and basic states, but feeling and emotion do indeed exist, and this piece communicates them.
3) Additionally, the only way I can understand your criticism of this piece is if it equally applies to Björk's original version, which was no more rhythmic, melodic, or lyrical. And lastly, see that cello? It's music. :)
..... in addition i'm glad that you didn't post this video , because it means that you can't delete a comment that you don't agree with , reference to someone that posted a comment about your ''weak'' song ,noun: a short musical composition with words or a distinctive or characteristic sound. In which in both examples i would agree with the quote of weak ... and the fact that you had written a song about Lsd further proves that you indeed like to dabble in drugs !
