@death9719 It's even more obvious how well communism/socialism worked in China, where Mao's agricultural plans alone killed millions. Because the living conditions in communist places like North Korea, Vietnam, and communist China are so brilliant, compared to Europe and the United States. Because the socio/economic freedoms are so much more abundant in places where the press is state run, people are shot for showing divergent views and one cannot run his own business.

@death9719 Yes. I read it. It would have been easier to read if it had been more put together and sensible, but I read it. And what makes you think it's the only thing that works? Capitalism has been a thousand times more effective, as well as better promoting freedom and wealth. Anarcho-socialism hasn't gotten anyone anywhere.

@death9719 You're completely misreading the causes of those evils. And yes, perhaps the wealthy do hold the power-but in the other system, it isn't any better. At least in democracy, the people get to choose which rich guys get to sit in the White House.

@olympian15 communism is democracy america is an oligarchy run by lobbyists. the communist theory as far as marxism go's is a republic with democracy used to run the work places. which transitions to an anarchy of course bakunin saw how that would go down, the marxists seize power.

the anarchists saw that even a workers gov was wrong anarchism and full collectivism are the only answer.

@death9719 Put simply: You're wrong. America isn't even close to an oligarchy, whereas socialist systems gravitate towards one automatically. Anarchism is stupid as well because, as imperfect as government is, it establishes as semblance of order and accepted values and rules that prevent things, at least to some degree, from happening. In a system where government essentially doesn't exist, there is merely chaos without morality, and that causes more evil than any corruption within government.

@death9719 Don't know where you're from, but there is absolutely no protection fee where I come from. Additionally, Wales is under the jurisdiction of the UK, so is therefore not even close to a complete anarcho-socialist state. It's not even it's own state.

@death9719 Business creates wealth, creates a middle class, decreases poverty, and increases living standards significantly. Taxes are necessary, they allow the state to run. In a socialist, communist, or anarchic system, living standards are deplorable, or unsustainable. Also, in communism or socialism, what the state does instead is take EVERYTHING from it's citizens, with way more taxes, not being allowed to own virtually anything for yourself; etc. These systems don't even close to work.

@death9719 They are not perfect, and obviously some people are more powerful and wealthy than others. However, the wealth is injected into the economy, and everyone, not just the rich and powerful, benefits. And actually, communism essentially ceased to properly exist when the USSR fell. What remains are vestiges. And aren't you into anarcho-socialsim, not communism?

sad really. itschristmas1 is right. this song was based on a hidden bomb explosion somewhere in Northern Ireland a while back. In the newspaper, there were before and after pictures. One was of a happy father with a child on his shoulders, shot about 5 seconds before it exploded. Five minutes later another pic was taken. You couldn't see anything but corpses and destruction.
