Harikrishna blundered, when he played 24...rxh3 (24...rdg8 is ok compensation). His Idea was 25.bxh3 bh2+ winning qe4. Moro's 25.rxe5 was the antidote, cause after 25...nxe5 26.bxh3 is check.

It's a DGT board, looks like. Anyway, the pieces have something in their base, and the board keeps track, and automatically relays the moves to the Internet and/or a gigantic monitor in an auditorium or something. Very useful.

It wasn't checkmate. Do you know that games are mostly lost by resignation before the actual checkmate?

Well, the checkmate is coming at the next move anyway (Kd6 Qd7#), so that's why he resigned. And, by the way, he should have resigned waaay earlier - probably after white played Rxe5, because he was totally lost by then. He was already lost when he blundered two pawns
