Well it's done on Photoshop CS, but any basic Photoshop program will do pretty much everything I did here. I just used the brush tool, the select tool, and the heal tool, I think. And played with opacity. There are a lot of great tutorials out there that will walk you through Photoshop and do a lot better than I did here, haha.

Thank you, and... because it's supposed to be yellow and I'm still iffy on hair. That's one of those things I wish I could fix.
