lol. It's in China, but they bought it from the Germans. The Germans were developing it, but stopped after a few accidents that occurred when testing it. They're developing it in Japan also. You can use it in certain areas, but its limited use. Same in China. For China the use is limited because residents complain about the health hazards that this may cause. Soo it runs into problems with zoning which is why it currently doesn't run deeply into Shanghai. Though the US needs a high speed train!
