Unfortunately flow does NOT = creative movement. Flow is the act of smoothly linking movements together. Like water...it can keep moving forward like a river or it can move back and forth as the ocean does, yet it always flows. Doesn't mean you can't be creative, it's just NOT what it means.

Because parkour and freerunning movement is soo diverse and unique it is hard to put a set definition the way of movement. My definition is not set in stone, its just a way for people to understand the movements shown

As human's we tend to want to label things in order to simplify and understand...yet it's not necessary. People know and understand the style of movement without giving it some sort of label.

The style of movement is beautiful, I train it, not hating, it's just not called flow. Flow isn't an action, it's an attribute. Not all dance style of movement flows, neither does straight forward movement, you have to make that movement flow. I'm done speaking with uneducated people.
