@kind18cch It actually isn't that remarkable. What a lot of people don't realize is that Japan has English as a mostly mandatory language in their schools. It's simply the accent of the man speaking and the usual fluency of a sizable chunk of the nation that makes you think his English is "good for a Japaneses".
