-3GB DDR2 RAM 800MHz

-1x80GB Seagate HDD

-1x320GB Seagate HDD

-450W PSU

I'm thinking I need a new PSU, what should I get? a 500W or a 550W one?

Get the 550w if anything. A 9800gtx has to have at LEAST 450w depending on the manufacturer you might need 475w. So just get the 550w if you want to be safe, or higher if you want. 750w is a good idea because a lot of new cards need at least 600w to run safely.

I would rather have 4870's or 3870's in crossfire even though i don't like ATI, Nvidia is sure disapointing me lately especially with this card, my 8800gt has the same framerates as this on high. From what i've looked up this is almost the exact same as the 8800gt i would try one of the new 9800gt's they are supposed to be better than the 8800gt by a bit...or just wait for the 260's and 280's to go down in price, those kick ass is crysis.

Has anybody tried playing crysis with voice command?? so intead of bringing up the suit menu and having to select the suit mode, you just have to say something like "Cloak" and you cloak, or "Strength" and your suit goes in to strength mode. Makes crysis a hole lot better.

It wouldn't make crysis any better, it is very easy to press the middle mouse button and select a suit mode... if you know where each suit mode is you can be vary fast, won't even take you a second!!

It changes the mood of the game becuase of the way you intteract with it. It takes no effort to change in to other modes. Anyway I would try it.

VAC Voice command. Free trial for the first month but you will still be able to use it after the trial is over.

35-50 fps

i run at 1440x900 and get 30-50

but you got to keep in mind that not all levels will run at the same frames, on one mission my card lagged out like hell and on another it was smooth

but you will be able to make everythign look nice dont worry
