If anyone is interested, Yes it definitely WAS Alan Tew who did this. The original track is on a production LP called "Alan Tew"- "Drama Suite". The name of the track is called "The Detectives". The name of the production album company is "Themes International Music" cat # TIM 1024 circa 1976. There are other music beds very similiar to this one on the album. Most production music used on US television in this era came from the UK. ...and yes this WAS in a porno called "Never So Deep"!!!!!!!
