think about it, only three people known so far can summon gamabunta

naruto, jiriya and minato

jiriya has white hair so he's out almost instantly

and if you pause and look really close at 0:24 you can see minato's awesome hokage cloak

and since naruto is the one being protected it leaves but one answer

minato namikaze is one of naruto's specials

The move that Sasuke used is called in the english version: Fire Style: Flaming Flower Jutsu. In the Japanese version, it's called Katon: Gounkyo Blooming Flower no jutsu.

Being a Neji fan myself I am not complaining. And compared to some of the stuff the other guys do it's not that bad. Those two things said:

Is it going overboard to give Neji two abilities that should instantly slaughter any opponent. The eight gates closing should limit all chakra through your body. The chakra is according to my memory what keeps you alive (in the story/lore). Same, although in a more violent degree, goes for the 361 strikes.

They did, and while I thought it kind of weird a friend said the follow to me: "All your chakra passes through them" so simply put. While it seems weird to close them on people who can't open them, keep in mind that all of them use them they just don't completely let go unleashing all at once.
