Tax payers are paying for students loans at the moment. The government needs to get out of secondary education and let private banks issue loans to the students. This would force the price of tuition down, push some colleges out of business unfortunately but in the end result in colleges competing for student enrollment. It's only a matter of time before the college "bubble" like the stock market will collapse. This country's built on boom and bust moments.
