Looks like propaganda to me. Over population in the bay area is the root cause. Cap the areas population at 2 million, everyone leaves in descending order of appearance, then real residents have jobs, improved quality life, and no need for this ruse. I don't want to live in high density, or be herded.
I understand what you're saying about health, pollution, etc, but now that I've thought about this some more, why aren't you mentioning the barium, aluminum oxide, microscopic fibers & oil-based products, none of which are intrinsic to normal jet fuel, being sprayed over the Bay Area on a constant basis, through Chem Trails, that seems more concerning to health and is definitely pollution. "What in the World are they Spraying" video explains Chem Trails very well.
This sounds like "sustainable development" straight out of the UN Agenda 21. If you haven't heard about it, maybe you should look it up, or see the video describing it from Santa Cruz. It's very well explained there, too
