Critics...........Jesus had them as well, because what he was saying was unheard of in his day for the "religious" people who DID NOTHING to help the Kingdom of God grow......Carry on with your criticism while Churches like Elevation build God's Kingdom and change peoples lives for "real"..The large Church means people are actually giving their lives to Christ and "staying"...hmm, Keep talking, you are exposing your smallness with every word, I'm sure Jesus is proud of you......

@berean1129 - you're right and I'm not going to argue that the gospel is the same always, however... in order to reach people that may not know him, it is necessary to think of more creative ways to bring the gospel to those people.

@linzer14 The belief that we need more creative ways to reach people is simply a 'marketing mantra' of these purpose driven seeker types. Using man made creative 'ideas' to further the Gospel can only lead people farther away from the truth. We were given the God inspired Holy book of the Word of God and he says emphatically that His word is sufficient in season and out.

@berean1129 how do you think this Holy book came to us friend. Are you aware of the extent of manmade technology instrumental in printing and distributing a bible?? You think the book came pre-packaged from heaven? How about the fact that the technology of writing scrolls and the system of delivery whether by land or by sea that Paul used to propagate the word? God inspired man to make vessels to cross the oceans...to bring the word. To build roads etc...all manmade systems that help spread.

@sixpenceguy This is definatly changing the message! He tells people to repeat a prayer to be saved? This is crazy. This didn't start until 1850's. He and most other "pastors" today are doing this and telling men they are saved. Only God can tell someone they are saved.

i dont think God hates any of it at all. it is using technology for the good. If nobody used anything to get people to be drawn to christ, think of all of the unsaved souls there would be. we have to KEEP the word of God in our generation and not let it die. we have to encourage people to read the bible. i know so many people who are saved because they were amazed. God said to lead people to Christ. and we are doing our best(:
