  • people bitch about fox. msnbc is by far the worst out of all of them

  • I thought you just said before "The Obama budget does NOT add to the debt; it's paid for."

And then the CBO says the Democrats would worsen the deficit by 455 billion?

    So which one is it?

I don't really critique music, btw. It's just a name I put for myself. I'm a layperson who critiques all type of music, much like every ordinary citizen would. lol.

  • The Obama budget does NOT add to the debt; it's paid for. The Republicans got us into this mess. They have no credibility; NONE ZIP. They should just shut up, get out of the way and let the President do what he has to do,

  • @steveinchelsea

that's not what the cbo says.

no credibility? is that why they got elected?

  • @musiccritic10 Actually the CBO says the Dems would worsen the deficit by about $455 billion, but the GOP with their extension of the Bush tax cuts & the repeal of the cost saving measures of the Health Care Reform Act, among others, would add about $1.1 trilllion ! The American people got royally conned !

  • @steveinchelsea

The Democrats? By the democrats you mean.... all their policies combined? The healthcare overhaul? Everything they've ever done since 1800?

And by which GOP policies are you using? By removing the health care reform act, we're losing money?

  • @musiccritic10 I don't think there was a Democratic Party in 1800, I think it was the Democratic-Republican Party. But anyway, I was referring to the programs initiated by the Obama Adm. since 2009. And yes to your last question. What music do you critique?

  • How did Sen. Gregg become the GOP poster boy? Since Reagan, the GOP has had a long record of amassing huge deficits, so I haven't found fiscal restraint to be a GOP value. However, if I held such strong opinions as Sen. Gregg about what's wrong with the new administration, I'd EMBRACE the opportunity to "change from within". If I had the opportunity to exercise influence and tweak the country even 1% in the direction of what I think is correct, I'd take the Commerce job and serve my country.

  • Good question! I am shocked at Senator Gregg's rise to national spokesperson for Republicans in the US Senate. His popularity in New Hampshire is way up because of this too. I'd be excited to see Senator Gregg do more.

  • For the same reason is it that the big leftist liberal government "entitlement" spending is to blame for America's economic demise and inevitable destruction. Where Republicans have failed to abide by their professed fiscally conservative principles by capitulating to leftist spending demands in a pathetic attempt to appease big notorious liberals like Ted Kennedy, America continues to lurch to its economic destruction.

  • Democrats forced Reagan to capitulate and allow their reckless big governement "entitlement" spending in order to fund national defense to break the Soviet Union.

  • Judd Gregg is an outstanding senator and is an outstanding spokesperson for the Republican Party. I hope to see more of him in the future.
