  • mako makes some good stuff

  • this guy buffers like a lap top

  • I think he's just a really honest guy. Nice vid and thumbup 4 the interviewee.

  • Thanks for this video. I was previously unaware of this manufacturer. Nice looking products!

Time to contact them and see what they have for the FNP45 and FNX9.

  • These are pretty cool holsters but pricey. I have a Front Line--Mako KNG Kydex New Generation paddle holster for my Glock 23 Gen4. It looks good, feels sturdy and the inside of the holster is velvet or something so it won't scratch my gun up when draw training. Not a lot of videos here with these Mako holsters. Might do a quick one to show the holster up close. For now go to amazon and check 'em out.

  • @Rikanstruqshn I am also going to start doing a series of videos on these holsters, just to show each holster style and explain the purpose, advantages, and disadvantages of each in order to help people in their holster choice. The price generally better than comparable-quality holsters, but more than the cheap plastic or nylon ones, for sure.

  • I really liked that leather/kydex one he showed first, that has a lot of versatility with the look and feel of leather. Thanks for the booth review!

  • THEY USUALLY HAVE COOL STUFF BUT THESE HOLSTERS LOOK GAY.

  • HE IS NERVOUS BECAUSE HE IS A JEW AND THERE COUNTRY HAS MOUNTAINS OF BLOOD ON ITS HANDS.

  • @MegaMooseballs Anti-semite POS! Try defending a country 9 miles wide sometimes nimrod!

  • @MegaMooseballs fuck the middle east and all the shitbags that live in it.

  • this guys nervous as hell

  • @Deluca123456789 Just very tired, sore throat, and trying to keep track of the booth at the same time. This one was easy. You should see some of the interviews I did - hoping for creative editing because I was tripping over my words like you wouldn't believe! One guy had me to talk for about a minute and a half, then said, "OK, do that exactly the same and we will film it from different angles." I tried to say exactly the same thing three more times while they filmed different angles. I failed.

  • i wish a company would find a way to make a universal light capable holster.

  • @808Arsenal Very tough. The issue is that there is such a variation in shapes. We build holsters for pistols with all the serious lights attached, the ones used by the majority of law enforcement, but we can't cover all the cheaper ones. You could make a holster that was somewhat universal, but not completely. With light capable holsters, retention is an issue.

  • @MakoDefense yeah, it was more wishful thinking than anything else. I know with kydex being so form fitting, it's almost impossible to make one holster that would fit them all. If you made a kydex holster that could fit all handguns like some fabric ones, you might as well be strapping a plastic cup to your belt because that's how big the opening is going to be to fit the vast majority of handguns + lights out there rofl.

  • I wonder with the push'n'draw model if you run with your nice heavy gun if the force of it would accidentally unlock the gun and allow it to fly out! Because if a downward motion unlocks it then what if I jump off of a picnic table or something and then later when I bend over it plops out? maybe that couldn't happen but in the video he didn't show how it wouldn't. I do like the looks of it and the concept but I do wonder about that one circumstance???

  • @MrByronodmon Not possible - it takes a deliberate push. I will send one to military arms channel and they can do a more in depth video if they like. I was trying to fit a lot in a short time.

  • @MakoDefense good to know but i'd rather you send me one and I will do testing on it for my youtube channel i need more exposure and it would be a great opportunity to work with you!

  • too many moving parts for a holster in my opinion.

  • @devin999000 not that push and draw one. it seems easy enough. that other one was just over the top with buttons for sure!

  • @MrByronodmon agreed. i'd still run a serpa over the push and draw holster. it looks like that clasp piece on the side could be a problem in a tight space.

  • @devin999000 Not a problem. If the holster was against a wall or something, you would have to move away from the obstruction to get your hand on the pistol and draw it anyway.

  • I refuse to support any company associated with IDF

  • @762gunr ?? what is IDF??

  • @rammsteinlover1337 Israeli Defense Force

  • @MakoDefense ok! so whats wrong with that, that would be saying i wont buy anything associated with US army, its the same thing, IDF's mission is to protect and serve Israel in the same way US army's mission is to protect USA. IDF isnt the problem, the terrorists are the problem!! IDF fights terrorist too!!

  • @rammsteinlover1337 Absolutely. All the anti-IDF types need to step back and take an honest look at the situation.

  • @MakoDefense I am Army and we don't kill Canadians or Mexicans for land that isn't ours........you do.

  • @762gunr I have never killed a Canadian OR a Mexican.

  • @MakoDefense You completely missed the example. America does not take land that is not ours just because we can......your "country" does. Your country is nothing more than organized terrorism supported by NATO. You are no different than the palestinian fools you kill for land.

  • @MakoDefense yes thats right

    greetings from Sweden!!

  • @MakoDefense sry but i replied on wrong comment, i thought i replied on his comment hehe LOL

    But still greetings from Sweden

  • @rammsteinlover1337 Always wanted to visit Sweden. I grew up in SE Alaska, and topography there is similar to parts of Sweden. Also grew up shooting M96 and M38 Mausers. They are my favorite Mausers. Just got a really nice looking M96 a couple weeks ago - can't wait to shoot it. I love the 6.5 mm cartridges - great long distance and moose (elk to you, I guess) and caribou cartridges. I have some Swedish heritage - someday I will get there.

  • @MakoDefense Then i really hope you get back home soon :) haha. Sweden is a pretty beautiful country! but sometime in the future i will probably get to north America, Alaska, what i know is a very beautiful and Canada, and of course Las Vegas (if SHOT show is still around) the casinos doesn't really attract me!

    greetings from Sweden

(good to know that it isn't always "trolls" on YT) Thank You!!

  • Nice, some competition for Safariland

  • The inside/outside holster is going to be a win. Sweet

  • Great vid. Thanks

  • They look like nice holsters. He claims to have a holster for most guns. Unless I am missing something, they have no gun models that fit which holsters on the website.

  • @tileteam1 I stand corrected. You have to add to cart to see gun options. Sorry!!

  • @tileteam1 Also, on the website are select holster models for certain pistols. To order any Front Line holsters models not listed there, contact 7.62 Precision.

  • Those are some pretty nifty holsters!

  • Nice video...he is not that nervous.

  • So what if he is nervous...this isnt american idol. Give it a rest.

  • They should get someone else to talk about there stuff

  • @paintballer7171986 .. I like when non prepped introverts fill in at the last minute. >:)

  • i would love to have that drop leg holster

  • Are you going to do a review on any of these? If so you should do the level 1 push and draw. Looked very neat, and a review from you would be awesome.

  • is there a link to their website? or did i just miss it?

  • @clinton1620 I put one in the video description.

  • @Sturmgewehre Did they mention where you can go to purchase their leather only frontline holsters? I went to makos website and the only stuff they have listed is all of their tactical kydex stuff that I have no interest in.

  • @Lonewolf6565 Contact 7.62 Precision for all Front Line holster models that are not listed on The Mako Group website. 7-62precision (dot) com

  • Wonder if that holster is comfortable

  • That holster is freaking cool

  • I really wanna see a good review of those Mako M4 stocks for the AK, spefically the one that is a folding collaspable recoil reducing stock with the Galil hinge.

  • Looks like good stuff there!

  • He seems soo nervous.... mako group kicks ass btw.

  • @ernestha Yeah, he seems nervous, but he knows his stuff so it's fine

  • I really like the level one push to release holster. Simple chinese finger trap style. Excellent job.

  • I still like the SLS system best for a level 2 holster. Theirs seems like it might be difficult under stress

  • @Cobrey92 Not difficult at all, and much faster. However, for those that prefer a system in which the bridge is pushed forward, we have that type of system, too.

  • wow i really like that push to draw level one holster, the one where you push it down then draw. looks like a really nice and low profile OWB option.

  • Mako Group kicks ass

  • Nice video!!!!

  • I want the first holster he showed. That thing is sweet!

  • yeeeeeee

  • Thanks for all the info MAC. I'm sorry, but I can't resist. First!
