@dharmadoll1975 thanks for the kind words, one of my favorite songs, and probably the best vid I've put together. the parade was inspiring, seeing old shriners and inner city school kids shining together in a neighborhood full of first generation immigrants. Not a hundred feet away I saw a homeless guy take a crap on a library wall, and a family of Mexicans slowly buy up and remodel a whole block worth of old houses. A young black kid get beat down by five cops, and another one hid in my house
hid in my house when it looked like a riot was about to pop off. I pulled discarded books out of the dumpster, and watched my neighbor get away from the cops driving across my lawn to get to the alley. I guess the point is that it's easy to see the ugly, but the beauty is right there next to it.
