  • 3.95$ Plus tax, ma'am.

  • THIS WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST HITS OF THE EARLY 1950'S IT WAS A MILLION SELLER

  • My mom used to sing me this song all the time when I was little, so when I heard it in Bioshock, it hit me extra hard, and added an extra layer of creepiness for me. It almost felt like corruption of my childhood.

  • Why did this have to be in both games? :/

  • @cyberpolice9000 cause its both based on the 19 hundreds and the song was in both cause of that

  • @gamenut112

What kind of stupid answer is that? The games take place in the '60s, yes, but I believe there were more than 18 songs written in the '20s, '30s, '40s, and '50s. I don't like this song, and I wish they would have brought some better songs in for BS2 instead of this, maybe something by Count Basie or Glenn Miller. Do I really have to explain such a simple concept?

  • MOSH PIT!!!!!!!!!!

  • The doggie -- seems like the Big Daddy, here. ._.

  • Cuanto es perro en la ventana??

  • @SuperOGMudbone "Cuanto cuesta ese perro en la ventana?"

  • Huh... I you think about it, Jack could be seen as the "doggy in the window", with Fontaine as the one who hopes "that doggy is for sale".

  • I got the limited edition of Bioshock 2... It came with this soundtrack on CD and a Vinyl.. I love this game ^_^

  • I bought the rapture appartment in HOME just so i could listen to this on the music player and do the ska.

  • This reminds me of my childhood :O IDK how it's just when i listen this it reminds me when i was 4-5 :O..

  • this music also be hear in Bioshock 1.

  • this is my favorite song in bioshock ... it gets stuck in my head everytime i play

  • I always play my bioshock just to listen to this. o_O

  • infinite better have soundtrack like prequels, otherwise it won't be as epic as those two.

  • Teach me how to doggie

  • You mean the same doggie that's neck was broken by Jack as a kid?

  • I love Bioshock! *__*

  • I don't remember hearing this song in the game.

  • @SecretAsianMan09 you only can hear it faintly but it is there. maybe in the amusments park or something

  • @SecretAsianMan09 put a coin in the juke boxes. also in "Sinclair" something in bioshock 1 in fort frolic.

  • @SecretAsianMan09 Seriously? This was, like, one of the best ><

  • how much is that doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the doggie in the
  • The dogggie doesn't have a waggely tail. Cause I cut it off :)

  • No sorry its not for sale

  • Don't tell me you got this from the special edition...

    Cause it's not in mine

Fuck 2K or K2 or whatever the hell they're called now.

  • SO. HAPPY. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY DOGGIES.

    GONNA EXPLODE.

  • This song brings back bad memories of Fort Frolic and those terrible...TERRIBLE plaster Splicers.

WHERE THE FUCK DO THEY ALL COME FROM.

  • FUCK SONY ENTERTAINMENT AND THEIR COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

some of the videos in this series have been deleted. especially the best ones

  • I LOVE BIOSHOCK! Such a great game and great play. I am replaying it right now on my new HD TV and I am loving every minute of it. The soundtrack is perfect as it combines its own music plus classic hits.

  • 1950s music is cool

  • @SinclairDelux What the hell is your problem? I'm not the one who's making a big deal out of this... But yeah if you think the singers from the 30's got it from Bioshock, suit yourself.

  • @SinclairDelux nah 'music from' and 'inspired by' the game.

  • Why does the album cover say "inspired by the game"?This is a 30's song, bioshock was inspired by these songs. Not the other way around.

  • This games is ment to be a horror / fps. Also, if you can observe the absolute originality it combines. 2K Games are my favorite game producers for reasons like this. incredible experience, incredible gaming, incredible atmosphere. Thumbs UP for Bioshock, Borderlands, Mafia 2, Duke Nukem Forever, Thumbs up for 2K Games!

  • @possibiladoom the only dog in rapture was jack's dog and suchong made him kill it. :[

  • My memory of this song is it playing in the background while I set up a thousand traps for the splicer rush due to my little sis gathering adam. Such a fitting song for all that carnage.

  • :D

*stands around smiling like an idiot while the floor is covered in blood and Splicer bodies*

  • Aw.....bu...but i am cat....i would hiss to this song but then Jack would look at me like "what the fuck is she doing?

  • This game is some funny shit. x)

    *Song plays*

*Grinds a slicer to pieces as he screams*

  • Jack: Hey look a jukebox. I'm going to take a break from killing splicers for a while and listen...

    Jack presses button on jukebox.

"How much is that doggie in the - doggie in the - doggie in the - doggie in the..."(jukebox stops playing)

    Jack: Dammit!

  • theres no dogs in rapture or at least no corpses only cats.

  • @Majorsnake197 ironic isnt it lmao i've noticed in both games

  • I listen to metalcore/deathcore, after all i still like this kind of music, god bless bioshock xD

    I <3 frank sinatra

  • I dont care what anywone else say's... this is f-ing awesome!

  • Is this actual music from the 40-60s? Or was this made for the game?

  • @negativefps

i think it was made in the 30-60s but they might have re done it to make the audio a bit clearer. not sure though just a guess.

  • @negativefps It's from 1952

  • @negativefps no this was my g mas fav song when she was lil girl

  • I want this kind of music back! D:

  • @MrSnowface then lets bring it back... first we have to kill lil wayne, he needs to die

  • @UnfoundNation Lmao xD good idea :D

  • Pretty :) *electro bolt on a ledhead*

  • I grew up with this song LOL XD

  • i got trap in a room with a record player and like 3 Houdini splicer and a lead head.

i tried to dance like when i hit the splicers with my drill.

  • The song was highly ironic for the game but made one hell of a combination

  • what the hell happened to the barks??? arf arf!

  • @larsinii i guess they left them out because people may shoot at each bark because they yelp?! :P (when they are scared like shit? :P)

  • this song is also in fallout 3 if i recall

  • i hate when it gets stuck on the jukebox >:[

  • just beat bioshock 1 today and man if it wasnt for music like this in the game i would have gone MAD >:D lol

  • lol once i was setting alot of traps because i was about to get ADAM and this was playing and I was like "this is my work music" xD

  • It's eerily creepy killing splicers to this song....

    :O

    but funny aswell.....

I'm gonna ...grab a wrench.....to fix my neighbour.........

  • i fell in love with that song while playing bioshock. i memorized it yesterday.

  • 59 big daddies like this vid, while 1 splices dislikes it.... someone, shoot that splicer.

  • What I love about this soundtrack is it actualy uses real songs from the 50's to 70's and some are made up in an orchestra.

  • This song is one of the best

  • lol my mom sang her own version of this song for me and my sister when we were kids, using sonny or hunny for doggy.

  • hehehe! ;D

  • man i love bioshock <3 the music is perfect because it makes you think of how rapture once was all happy-like and now just its a haunting reminder. soooooo creepy but i LOVE it <3

  • lol i hope that dawgies for sale.

  • pfft who was that one prick who marked down this video?!

  • The doggie is 4o ADAM.

flashback to plaster splicers! Perfect music for bioshock ;D

  • I love these 20's/30's songs. They fit perfectly well in the Bioshock universe and setting, and only add more to the beautfiul 30's Art Deco look of Rapture, only making it more believable...

  • My friend wants to build a hotel and name it the "Sinclair Delux"

  • @Harryson6 shure.. first ask the bioshock makers for agree or els it something about kopiright owners and thad can cost you a LOT of money (sorry for my bad English... I'm european)

  • @pongboy1100 Yeah. he wanted to make it Bioshock themed in memory of Rapture.

  • @Harryson6 dont say his name i was very sad that i had to kill him in the end of the game >.< god he was my favorite charactor his accent was pricless god damnit curse u lamb! anyway if your friend does happen to make a hotel called sinclair delux i would so check in btw for u info im a guy just in case u though i was a female who loves sinclair but im not i just like him as a character good voice acting too

  • @Maxwell5123 I got you man. No need to think otherwise. Well, I hope my friend does one day build it. And Ryan was also my favorite character. I'm not a big fan of the faggit lamb either.

  • To bad I only heard this song under a brief moment during the game. I was proceting a Little Sister while she was gathering ADAM...

  • It's amazing how they can set such happy music to such a dark game. It is both creepy and funny at the same time XD

  • How much is that doggie in the~doggie in the~doggie...

  • @jeyendeoso - *kicks juke box* come on work! work, damn you!

  • Ah, this song. Always manages to make me laugh, since my folks came over one day while I was playing the first, and was heading into the Little Sister Orphanage. My mom watched me kill Big Daddies, rescue Little Sisters, and slaughter SPLOICERS to this song. She promptly told me afterwards that it scared the shit out of her. I lol'd.

  • @MexicanJuice7 it is typed splicers you made a slight mistake and btw same with my mom im a bit young to be playing rated M games so sometimes i scare the eleving shit outa her sometimes doesnt help that i tell her about some awesome death moments i gave my enemies X)

  • @Maxwell5123 er maybe u were typing to quickly but his name is sinclair not ryan

  • The dog is FIE DORRA!

  • What's scares me about this song in the game is when the song repeats at a certain part. "creepy"

  • when i heard this song i was getting shot at but i said this song is awesome!

  • It's music from those extremely blood violent scenes with happy music playing in the backgroud

  • my grandma sang this to me as a kid, hearing it on bioshock was BEAST!!! but this version is slower than the original version.

  • This song totally got me in the mood while playing bioshock, i wuz singing along and shit xD.

  • wow this song is the best

  • i love this song so much :D i starting singing it while playing the game XD

  • I Head it in Bioshock 2 When i was protecting the little sis and i was like that song is catchy and fun =D

  • LOL I a big daddy was kicking the shit out of me wile this song was playing I was pissing my self laughing.

  • i just got goosebumps when i was shooting those splicers. soo creepy and awesome

i was like HELL YEAH SPLICERS!

    haha so creepy. and catchy

  • Haha I was singing this for ages after the game

  • I Totaly agree, this game is so awesome. and so is the sound track. At times, i cant get this song out my head.

  • bio shock 1 n 2 is just great i love the scenes makes me feel like im back in the 50s

  • lol while playing bioshock I always seem to get this song stuck in my head, that and the "jesus loves me" song, I just randomly sing it while playing. XD

  • @antisora123222

LOL...Me too...I keep playing it on the jukebox when I play BS-1. And yeah, that Jesus loves me song and after the splicers sing it, I pop them and boom, they're with Jesus. I don't know for some reason them singing it just makes my blood boil and makes me wanna pop them the most brutal way like unloading everything even on a thuggish lol

  • Haha my dog was sleeping by the window when I put this on XD

  • the fact that this song is cheery and it's in the game Bioshock 2 is what brings in the oximoronic irony

  • @MrAkfinn

I was originally on BS-1 and you can play a few lines of it on the in-game jukeboxes...

  • ha! when i heard this in the game i was like, hmm this is kinda catchy but with the bioshock setting its soooo creepy.

  • @TylerMansmith1229 yeah! you can say that again! Reminds me of Dead space with that children's song. blegh.. but nice :P

  • god this tune is haunting but rely cool

  • my god, I so love this song. Killing splicers while it plays x)

    Bioshock ftw!

  • @noblees This song inspires me to set those splicers on fire.
