It has been a long time since I have heard the Bob and Tom Show. Try finding any of their "Mr Obvious Show" and you will hear better radio humor than 'El Conquistidor'. Where has the '5 monkey' experiment been published? Has it been repeated? How does that relate to a bad skit from a nationally syndicated morning show? The Bob and Tom Show used to be a highlight to my mornings, and they influenced my sense of humor when they moved to Indy in about 84, when I was in middle school.
I'm not offended. I just wanted to offer an opinion since you've gone to the trouble of making this vid (and many others). If I believe I have something valid and constructive to say then I say it. The Monkey scenario really is excellent. I am certain that you should use it again should you make something more elaborate. And at the risk of being patronizing, (Sorry if I am) but I sense that the Radio hoax part is beneath you. Maybe I've gone too far; if so then it's my turn to apologize.
The first section about the Monkeys eventually controlling each other and not knowing why, is extremely logical and thought provoking and for that reason I think it's excellent.
The second section however is a group of guys mocking someone who is just doing a job. I think they are reading into their childish little prank what they want to believe. There is no "Mind Control" here. Just a salesman trying to be conducive and respectful. Necessary traits when dealing with the general public.
Reminds me of years ago, a German guy explained to me how mind control works.
You're told every day that behind a certain door there is a vicious Tiger.. but then one day you're told you must go through that door, and you will refuse! You think you're acting out of YOUR will in this refusal to comply with the authority.. but in reality you're acting out of THEIR will.

I think what you are doing to cartoon monkeys is cruel and inhumane. As of this moment I'm going to open a shelter for abused cartoon monkeys.
