Well in just a few days ToW no longer stacks. But mana spring, healing stream, grounding, tremor are the ones that stack. Thats in beta so it may change in retail.

I have 1 macro to heal everyone with chain heal. As in char1 heals char2, char2 heals char3, etc. I have another macro so I can have all my chars heal 1. So all 5 attempt to heal char1 when I hit ctrl-1 for lhw or alt-1 for chainheal targeted on char1.

Some totems stack (totem of wrath), others don't (wrath of air). The multiboxing community includes both US and EU people and I have confirmation that totems behave the same on both.

Inspired by some of the vids here, I've started up a 3-man group, and let me tell you, it requires a huge amount of both technical understanding and playing skill to pull this off. Dudes who make it seem this easy are just very, very good, and superhumanly tenacious. Try it sometime, make some trial accounts and see.

Yeah, 5 accounts with 1 shaman on each. The program I use to sync up the keys is called keyclone.
