It's actually all in english. An explanation of sorts for this particular song/performance whichever youd like to call it. he was talking about how he hates to drive. and in germany supposedly its quite common for people driving to listen to something with a simple beat... and the lyrics in enghish, so they wont be distracted. "Hey cosmic baby, do you want to dance" are the supposed words to the 'song'. This particular performance was very funny.
Also There was a DVD of the Rede Speech performance recorded somewhere in Germany, which they were selling at the show, you might be able to find a copy somewhere. And the footage is much better than mine :)
