You're pathetic. The farthest you can track an IP Address to is the nearest hub to where they live. From there you would have to go from house to house for every home's computers and physically use on each person's computer with permission to enter their home, and compare the IP Address you've tracked with each computer. Even this may not work if he uses a proxy. I know him and live near him. Our nearest hub is 50 miles away so good luck searching 400 sq miles of homes.
