  • Ogni volta che ho sentito ascoltare una musica sublime composta con archi ho cercato l'autore ed era Vivaldi. Non dico altro.

  • Antonio Vivaldi...

  • It's baroque tuning A 415Hz

  • A 11 personas les gusta justin bieber y el regayton

  • 11 personas no tienen oido musical...

  • This is not in G major!

  • @imbeautiful3 lol yes it is, :P if you have perfect pitch, it sounds like F major, but when you record something, the sound produced is alittle flatter

  • 11 personas no saben lo que es verdaderamente la musica .-.

  • @thajoker2991 "ew" is all I need to say.

  • 1700's Hell Yeah...

  • Have the first part of this piece as my violin-homework... Damn, it's hard to play. But fun! I love Vivaldi's music, there's so much soul and beauty in it...

  • May I ask where is the paint from?

  • @gr4l9um20b7o its from venecia

  • KOCHAM TO !

  • Sehr Gut Das ist Gile!

  • מאוד אהבתי / good! good! good!

  • Listening to Vivaldi makes my heart fill with sunshine. <3 (Pardon the cheesy line but THAT'S HOW HIS MUSIC MAKES ME FEEL, OKAY?)

  • @mynameistofu4 fjzxnmk,px[xc,i[c[m

  • @mynameistofu4 fjzxnmk,px[xc,i[c[mv.

  • @mynameistofu4 no need to pardon you

  • Thanks for uploading this! Great quality. Was wondering what the pieces of art are called? Saw that you use them for all your videos. Thanks :)

  • good

  • Wonderful! Thanks for posting!

  • @AvieMetal If you were born a noble family, yes definitely! But then over 95% of people were very very very poor and there were too much epidemies...

  • @gambinifra Right, I always forget to specify that I so wanted to be noble in that era xD

  • @AvieMetal One of my favorite eras. I was convinced of this after listening to this type of music and after watching Master and Commander, although the movie itself takes place in the early nineteenth century.

  • @jhon498 Great movie, not one of my favourites, but still enjoyable :)

  • THIS IS NOT PLAYED IN G MAJOR!!!

  • @perrysew To those who are always confused. Baroque tuning is set at A=415 Hz. The modern tuning is A= 440 Hz or 445 Hz in Europe. Therefore every note will sound flat compared to what we are used to but the music is still in the correct key. :P

  • @lolturtle13 thank`s for your contribution, I did not know. (greetings from Colombia).

  • What happened to the music that showed us that the world is a great place to live ,the music witch with its beauty you cannot describe.

Now to day the only thing i hear on the radio is a bunch of " yo yo man" talking about how criminal they are and a 16 year old boy's baby voice.

God i should have been born a lot earlier.

  • @concorde123100 so true!

  • BRAVO VIVALDI ...MAGNIFICO !

  • That is what I call EXTREMELY AWESOME!!!

  • I searched "Vivaldi's best violin-concerto" on YT and click this. I have to agree to YT's amazing search-engine, do you?

  • I love it!

  • @AvieMetal they did not have refrigeration or working toilets (you have to sit on a wooden plank with shit smeared everywhere), they probably had soap made out of lead, I could tell you it is not a safe era to live in despite the great music and lively culture

  • @fredfrep1 yeeeah, thank you for this beautiful picture xD I know it wasn't such a great age to live in, as far as health and sanitation are concerned, it was simply a hyperbole to describe my love for this kind of music :)

  • @AvieMetal haha, my statement was sarcasm in a way :D, should of put that but im too lazy...

yeah I agree with you, love the music, but shit smeared wooden planks? nah ITS ALL GOOD BRAH

  • @fredfrep1 Ew, not again! Haha it's a price I'm willing to pay for this kind of music! xD

  • Awesome!

  • @AvieMetal

And have a life expectancy of 45? No thanks

  • @gargarensi that's a good point. So let's say I would love to travel in time and spend some time in 1700, that's more convenient for my life :)

  • @gargarensi Well..., Giacomo Antonio Perti lived 96 years (6 June 1661 – 10 April 1756), and James Dean only 24 (February 8, 1931 – September 30, 1955) :o)

  • omg im sooo happy that I get to play this in my next recital! even though Im only 13!! but i cant play really fast though... but it still sounds nice! =]

  • my Italy beloved… you will not be never more the Italy of the XVIII° century… this is sad

  • Perrrfect.

  • omg I need to play this solo in two weeks!

  • @thetechroom good luck!!

  • anyone know who painted the painting in the video?

  • @RandomEdge He must be Giovanni Antonio Canal, also known as Canaletto. If he's not, search Vedutisti, which is the name of painters of that age who made this kind of paintings...:) I hope u to understand my crazy english...:D

  • @AvieMetal

I'll take 1860. Just in time for Beethoven.

  • @TheEvilEmporerBunny I prefer the XVIII century, but I would've enjoyed the XIX, too :)

  • @TheEvilEmporerBunny oh, wait, Beethoven died in 1827 xD

  • i'm trying to play the first movement and it is horribly difficult!!

  • @lvg200884 Really? I played it in third class... (first movement) ;)

  • @DiamentowaQueen me too :D

  • This music is so lovely that I want to cry. :\ <3

  • 9 people were raised in uncultured swine pens.

  • Nous aimons beaucoup Vivaldi

    DEMAREZ CASSIGNOL on Youtube

  • Favorite composer, favorite song. That makes this video pure gold.

  • @Number1ChoChangFan a song has "singing"

  • superb.... he is my favorite composer

  • This is such a great piece of music, thank you for uploading!

  • If this damn, pink children knows, how hard is to play that, they would not still saying ,,what a piece of shit!" when they hear classical music. I'm going to play it at the exam (1st movement, arranged to c major, on viola).

    Sorry for my terrible english

  • Wow. That painting is something else, does anyone know the name of that piece?

Oh and this violin...I think Biggie Smalls put it best when he said....."it is exquisite, nigga."

  • MASTERPIECE..

  • AlienHazard...

    Vivalid is great

    Bieber sucks

    but stfu about nickelback

  • 8 people are back up dancers for Ke$ha....lame.

  • Too happy to me, but still amazing music. C=

  • @jCamilaJabs The second major section (or movement/s) is not happy. For one that part is in minor and the tempo is rather slower in comparison to the first section. The first and third sections are, I would say allegro or something.

  • @somnynightin78 Oh, I'm not claiming anything about the structure of this music. I mean, I like it but prefer the darker ones, you know. Althought, as I said, it still amazing! And thanks for the information, really. C=

  • I can actually play this on my violin :D (not as good as it is played here, but still..:P)

  • il concerti da camera di vivaldi il é il migliore... and the fluidity of the violin in this concerto is definitely awesome

  • Pretend to be a nobleman and listen to this!

  • wonderful! I have to practice more...... o.O

  • Itzhak Perlman, one of my favourite!

  • The thing I love about Vivaldi are the powerful and harmonic trills he puts in his music.

  • 7 people can't play it on violin .

  • It is really beautiful! Thank you!

  • I had forgotten what a marvellous violinist Perlman is.

  • @FromTheSouthernTip This isn't a playing by Perlman. You can tell because this is way too light for his style. Perhaps the "Song by ____" tricked you into think this is Itzhak Perlman playing.

  • @Enix5548 Yes it did. I have never heard of this violinist before and I love her light touch. I have found her on amazon, but am not sure which CD this track comes from. Can you help?

  • @FromTheSouthernTip I know nothing about her. I will occasionally roam youtube to find multiple baroque interpretations for Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, etc. but have no clue about the actual CDs. You can ask Harmonico101 for help.

  • is it wrong that this song gives me a boner?

  • @BiGsLeAzY420151 I think it would be wrong if it didn't.

  • the painting is gorgeous......

  • @BaboonBassoon Well then, you have some more studying to do! :P Vivaldi's L'Estro Armonico (the musical inspiration) happens to be a whole set of concertos, 12 to be exact, and you are correct, the D Major one for 4 violins is a part of it, but so is this. Look it up.

  • I love the first movement, I can acrually see people dancing to it!

  • Not bad, but I think Bring Me the Horizon still has the upper hand

  • ole!

    viva esta canción!

la estoy tocando con mi orquesta!

  • Whose painting? It seems almost nostalgic, I've seen it somewhere!

  • @DeathAwaits187 Yeah me too! Looks like Venice, but i cant recollect the painter nor the name of the painting itself!

  • @darioboyslim I thought it was Venice too. I believe it may hang in the MET in NYC, most likely where I've seen it. An absolute beauty though!

  • @darioboyslim It's probably a painting by Canaletto

  • @darioboyslim and yes...that's Venice

  • @Skaglio Thanks for the info, I appreciate it!

  • The largo and allegro were most enjoyable to me anyways, this always inspires me to push harder and learn more to perfect my music.

  • 4 people were eaten by Antonio Vivaldi.

  • Vivaldi's my fav. Concerto for two violins in A minor is the best.

  • Io lo suonerò oggi in un concerto :)

  • Oh, I'll play this concerto next year in a concert! I love it! :)

  • the people who disliked are ignoranuses

  • what a nice painting !!!! so sparky in my heart

  • Viva Vivaldi!

  • @acuriousbeast I believe it is vive le Vavaldi my good patron.

  • OMG I'm abt to play this.... :-OOO hahhaahahahaha

  • MURDER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @majav15mg my taste for shitty music was MURDERED! after hearing this!

  • Hey anyone can tell me the difficulty of this song? I feel like attempting it but Im afraid it'll be too hard. Heh. ><

  • @JeremyImp I am learning it on Classical guitar in a duo, its quite quick in parts. its taking some time to learn it.

  • i just played this at my orchestra concert last night. the dynamics are amazing ! and the notes are so separated :O

  • I LOVE VIVALDI

  • My orchestra is playing this piece. I don't think we are going to be doing the first movement that fast...

  • This type of music has greatly augmented my interests in the arts.

  • 2 Nickelback and 2 Justin Bieber fans watched this video

  • @AlienHazard and 3 trolls

  • @AlienHazard and 3 rebecca black fans (-.-)

  • @AlienHazard Wait a minute, does Justin Bieber have so much fans ?

  • @AlienHazard Stop talking about it when listening to this. Just this kind of music. Just this piece that I practiced for a year or so.

  • @AlienHazard LOL! Priceless!

  • @AlienHazard

Well, I know just a few songs of Nickelback, but I like them, and I like Vivaldi (and classical music generaly) at the same time :) (But I do not like Justin Bieber... for some mysterious unknown reasons) I listen even to some metal... I just find this way to "judge" people bit ... strange... wierd.... odd...this 8 people just simply did not like this piece of Music...

  • @greynight111

Well, we like what we like and that's the beauty of music! Nothing wrong with liking Nickelback AND Vivaldi! I have 15 years of classical training and I am qualified to teach piano; I grew up on classical music, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Nirvana, etc. I am a metalhead; I play classical and I play black metal.

  • @AlienHazard If one listens carefully enough, he may observe something to dislike about a performance without having any dislike for the composition itself.

  • i listen to alison balsom when she plays the trumpet solo

    in violin concerto

    in her new album

  • I'm assuming this is correct...

    Allegro : 0:01 - 2:02

    Largo : 2:03 - 4:18

    Allegro : 4:20 - end

  • @silasha yes you're right. typical form for him and that period...

  • @silasha yes it is

  • can you buy has 'con moto e' all so's CDs?

  • really nice! thank you!

  • The first few bars sound extremely similar to the main theme of the final movement of Telemann's viola concerto. Not sure who wrote it first.

  • I love playing this one!!

  • Bravisimo!

    hermoso T_______T

  • excuse me, could you tell me the picture name? beautyl vivaldi's concert...

  • Dont forget ! Vivaldi like Wolfgang composed the Music in his head then put pen to paper. Mind blowing to say the least. Was ivaldi an opium addict like Wolfy and Ludwig .

  • Makes every nerve tingle....

    Thank you.

  • Vivaldi y sus violines son la combinación perfecta.

  • I played this in my high school orchestra this year, though not quite a fast. One of my favourites by Vivaldi; A true Italian masterpiece!

  • I LOVE YOU VIVALDI !!!! ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫

    c. 1740

    Wallace Collection, London

  • the best violinist

  • nice

  • Very fun song to play!!! Loved it and still do!!! :)

  • This is wonderful.

  • its a shame i started listening vivaldi with the four seasons, because those are so hard to top.

  • @31arctica : There are many other concertos of the same quality of the 4 Seasons (like some from Vivaldi's Op. 3 "L'Estro Armonico" from which this concerto is taken)... and some even better..! True, sometimes Vivaldi let his pen run ;-) Keep listening and researching :-)

  • @bersa888 I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but Vivaldi seems to have had or used a formula that all his stuff (concertos at least that I've heard and the Glorias) follows. Although it sounds great, when you play it, you definitely see that his music is very much the same - same structures over and over again. Gets kind of boring to play though, but sounds great nonetheless - not that I could write one. Still, I revel in his music. Love the stuff.

  • @sosome57 : Yes, V. often uses the same formulas for his concertos, more so than other composers of the time. During the Baroque in particular, harmonic progressions were a standard procedure, as well as some melodic figures and formal patterns. Everybody used them, although V. went sometimes too far. At its best V.'s music was original, rhythmically captivating, formally extremely effective, melodically memorable and instrumentally inventive and daring more than anybody during that time.

  • @bersa888 I knew about the progressions, but as you stated, Antonio does go too far sometimes. Baroque music is my mental and emotional sustenance. I play Bach, too, and while he does the same thing, he's much more creative about it. =) He liked Vivaldi, too. That's baroque music though. Found the sheets for this concerto on imslp this morning and just played the snot out of the first movement. Fun to play!! I love his music regardless.

  • @sosome57 : Btw, you might find it interesting that there are people who still write in the Baroque style... see my channel ;-)

  • I had to play this movement, and movement 2 for an audition, and I had to play it in a concert yseterday. I like it!

  • hermoso

  • vivaldi is a genuis. i can never find this piecec though...

  • Great piece!! Baroque rocks!

thanks HARMONICO101 you make me very joyful sniff, sniff...

  • This music thinks that talent and

character of Vivaldi are just reflected.

I thank the person who took care of this

    wonderful sound source.

    Thank you very much.
