@cchellzz No, this does not. Actually being flexible is really good for the body meaning stretching. When we were all born we were all flexible putting our feet in our mouth and as we get older we loss that flexibility unless we continue to which is why ballet, gymnastic...etc.

Work very hard on straightening those knees girl! You are an absolutely beautiful rhythmic gymnast. I'd bet anything she will become the national champion one day!

I used to be able to do the thing when you flip your legs over your head (oops dunno what it's called) and I never was in gym or ballet. But now I've got some lower back fats eww gross and I can't do that thing anymore. Oh well I guess that's what puberty does to you LOL. And my oversplit is at most a 135 degrees (right front only).
my coach isn't really strict she just wants us to point our toes my coach is vety nice and very very funny and i like your over spit it's very over 180
