Wait when they said this one will have the characters from all games, does that mean that the extra twisted edition will have EVERY Twisted Metal character in TM history in it? If so then holy shit! That is awesome. If not then its still awesome cause Twisted Metal pwns. I will definitely get this game.
Jaffe and the team said "What have you done to are babby" so from there there Black was made to repair the damege and TM3 and TM4 where forgotin. and i have the game. Head On is the realm TM3 and only a few return other are brand new but same cars, and we do get new cars, like Cousin Eddy was based off a move.
Hehe, Head On has levels from alot of TM games now! There's some DLC for the game and it's all good stuff, TM 3 was regarded by alot of people as the best!

Realistically, you could take 7 unique characters from the previous 7 twisted metal games, put them in a roster, and the phrase "drivers from all the games" would be true.
And before anybody asks, yeah, there were 7 twisted metal games before this.
And those games: Twisted Metal 1-4, Twisted Metal Black, Twisted Metal: Head On (PSP version), and the often overlooked Twisted Metal: Small Brawl. You could say 8 games actually if you count Twisted Metal: Black Online.

Coming from a man who owns every tm there is. Twisted metal was the start for me. Its thew gamer that made me buy ps1 when it first came out. LONG LIVE TWISTED METAL
i can't believe its gonna be 20 bucks thats a good deal for a soudtrack, behind the scenes, and more. is this really gonna be the cutscene for the PS2 version?????????
This is actually a PSP cutscene used as an advertisement for the PS2 version, the PS2 version will have much better graphics especially for the character stories.
It depends on where you live. The PAL release isn't until the summer, but if you're in the USA you're fortunate to get it much sooner. The art book alone is worth the $19.99 imo
Hi jaws, I'm pretty sure that this game uses a different engine than black as it was originally designed for the PSP. It's gaining a graphical overhaul, new features and maps, and being ported to PS2 in a few months.
Additionally, the cutscenes in headon are going to move much more than the ones in Black. Black used mostly freeze animation, Head on is fluid animation.
Twisted Metal isn't suppose to be colorful. :<

i hate to say this, but im losing hope for twisted metal. It was a good game but after black it just wasent as fun. I know its sad lol.

All the TM games have had the same helm, so I'm pretty sure all TMs are "real" hehe. :P
There will be chars from all diff games, not just black and 3. There's even a char from TM2 in it, it should be out now, go buy it xD
