hi jason i just planted my seeds in soil i feel real confident abouth this one for the past couple of days i been trying differ ways one came up green but stem was short and it seem like it stop growing it was curved over so i got a cup of soil didnt have pot seal it with wrap how long should i wait

a suport stick is quite unsafe, you can easely pierce the roots because you simply dont know in witch direction the roots are growing ,

great instructions jason. Ive followed them to the t however, my plants all lean over and die around week three. I use marical grow for soil,my light is strong enough and i also provide enough water.. I grow in a corner in my room and the weather where im at is humid. Any suggestions?

A seedling in the window will stretch however if under a good T5 it would not be aplicable even thoshgh the video is old I remember where I raised the seeds and it was in the window thus with the stretching came the need ti stake the seedling.

LST trainning is how the mother was kept short some growers use hard stress training such as topping as well for keeping plants short.

Get a professional grow mix that is sterile PH ballanced  and loaded with trace elements. Prp Mix, Sunshine Mix, and so forth are such soils.

depends whats wrong with it.. is it pale? or does it look really dirty and dull? no shine? you might have one of many infections.. or they might be too dry... too heated... could be a lot of things.. describe the problem better than "funky"..

Jason, i saw all three of your videos, very nice. How come you did not mention anything about lighting. I have been growing for a while also, and i also use the same method. My seeds seem to sprout in less then three days. I plant them just as you did, but place them under twenty four hours of light. Have you tried that. Also I see that your mother plant is very tall, have you tried topping it off to make it more bhushier. Nice videos though.

I found an old seed in a drawer a couple years ago, dropped that in my flower garden and it popped up in 3 days and was growing a new node every other day. it was a super plant, grew to 8 inches 5 nodes in 2 weeks and then somebody jacked it.

I used a 250 HPS when my plant was about say 3 months or so & it just started to show signs of budding but unfortunately i had 2 put the plant outside 1 day because i was moving and someone had 2 come look @ the rooms.. Seems like when i Brought it back inside & it started withering away lol. that was my first grow.

Nicely done Jason, I myself know the pains of Cultivating Cannabis and support you in your efforts. It is a strong plant type and at times a very annoying one Im sure you have noticed, but isn't the reward far greater than the price.

Nirvana's White Widow was my first grow. I wish I could have seen some of your videos before I jumped the gun. Drowned 9/10 of my seeds. I planted them and waited for weeks. Lucky for me and all my Acquaintances 1 survived and she is the mother to many.

At that stage one cannot tell the sex of a plant!

It was months ago however I did number each seedling prior to selecting a mother. The remainder were flowered and males were extracted.

I have been living with HIV/AIDS for 15 years and indeed cannabis is medicinal for me. As for loving weed hell yes that's a given!

As for recreational I see more recreational users finding they use cannabis for medical reasons they were not even thinking of. I guess what I am saying is that by smoking or ingesting the cannabis flowers of the plant we all medically benefit in some fashion. Cheers!

As for the US programs in Oregon, California, New York and so forth all have 10X the number of state run cannabis programs. Some with more then 10,000 people registered to grow. Just not federally for you. So with the facts on the table who suck at this cannabis war. We are not legal we are regulated to grow temporarily till the feds phase out the regulation allowing us to grow and not a LAW!

Stay concerned with your own country for you have your own problems and without facts you look .

hey thanks for the help, ive grown a plant its about 6 inches but it kept seeming to bend over at the top so i burried up to about and inch from the leaves, to give it a better base, any advice would be great

Good day,

If the plant is falling over I would be inclined to think it may not be getting enough light with the correct spectrum.

You did the right thing by re0inforcing the base. Now check to see if you can get better lighting on the girl then the plant should be fine.

The next time it is falling over let's hope it is from large heavy buds, thus you would neet to stake them up with bamboo sticks to finish flowering.

16 (light) /8 (dark) for veg

12/12 for flower

is the general standard ... but this is for artificial lighting, i'd assume it'd be just about the same for sunlight, you can fiddle with the veg times if you want, just keep them consistent once you've decided on a time regime.

When you're inducing flower, don't fuck with the timing (if you can) :P most importantly, DO NOT let ANY light reach your plants during the dark cycle, it'll confuse em, you'll end up with hermies, or no flowering at all
