I have to say, I really don't like his voice here, it's like he's trying to sound like Wayne and just doing a terrible job of it. Would have been much better if he slowed it down a bit and sang in his own voice. That's my opinion anyway. Great to hear that Coldplay respect the Lips though, enough to cover a classic tune like this.

@linkinheights The Flaming Lips used to open for Coldplay. Wayne has said many times he has great respect for them. This song is very Coldplay-sounding and may have even been written with them in mind, which is why it's great to hear them cover the song like this. And by the way, covering is not stealing, and to my knowledge, outside of Viva la Vida, Coldplay have never been sued over a song. And one lawsuit is forgivable. Even the Lips have been sued once. Does that mean they always steal, too?

Well I could only assume so, considering the comment is in all caps and usually when someone is trying to insult someone they would say they're gay.

If the person in question is gay then the offender is being quite forward and insensitive.
