Then once you know from where a blow is originating and where is ending.. We can assume we know where it won't be.. You then just add some gestures to trick the mind of the opponent making it believe that either you are hitting or giving him a impact surface and that's it.. The opponent is striking the air.. As a result of imbalance, he falls..

Good Show, but remember, not every "Attacker" is so dumb and runs inside the victim.

The Problem begins when the Attacker uses some boxing style.

Moving backward, using kicks to knee without running into the close combat. etc...

But thats a Problem for every self defensse style.

But its still good to learn self defense.

But also have some Fox Labs Pepper Spray in you Bag.

That should be your first choice in self defense.

...Spetsnaz in definatly NOT the most dangerous fighting force in the world. Try the SAS or SEALs or Delta. Obviously you don't know shit about this. Ive taken systema classes, and besides fluidity, the rest is bs. Its not practical and in a real world fight id definitely rely on my "sport mma" experience then systema.  If you cant see how compliant they are then you just suck.

I agree with the French, however to say SEALs and Delta are bad is just a ridiculous claim. The SEALs are about on par with the British SAS, and both are known to be some of the most badass forces in the world. I mean the Spetsnaz is a bit better than a Green Beret. A SEAL, with all do respect to the Green Berets, is a whole new level above them.
