Yes. Just get your dunk up to 85 and you will be able to have a lot of new dunk.

i know my rating is 90 for dunk stat but i can only do dunk package....i can select wut specialty dunk i want for each slot but how do i dot hem on court? i can only do the dunks in dunk package
I don't know just try to get 99 dunk and you will unlock it. Btw i have got 50k skill points and got 50-99 dunking instantly.
