true... äh Photoshop works better and deals better with the image qualitiy,

but gimp is free..

so its your decide, i had ps but it crashed and now im using gimp as spare,

and i think for people ho don't need it fir work or those who do hobby image-manipulating its a good free aplication :)

plus, cs4 is harder to use, but more professional

I disagree. cs4 is fairly easy to use.. And it feels more organized, and powerful than gimp. It can also handle 3d modles.. Not sure gimp does.. But gimp is free, and can still do most everything photoshop can. The adobe price tag is way steep.

one thing i would suggest is to have your voice further away from your voice, otherwise it picks up smacking noises easier

Great video, but you forgot to mention just one thing. Lighter hair is easier to change, darker hair is harder.

Yeah that happens a lot, you can use the lasso tool to select areas yourself, which is 50% more precise.

I find with black hair, brighter colors do not look as realistic, but if you were to place darker colors, like a dark shade of red for example, then your fine.
