No. It's a common misconception though. The song is sung by Aya not Aya Kamiki. You can tell by the styles, because one is more grunge-ish and the other is more pop. Search "aya baghdad sky" on youtube and you'll find out more from this Aya.

Actually, she's not technically speaking English, but rather "Eng-wrish." She's hidden her accent well, but one can still hear it. That's not to say that this isn't a great song. She's uses Engwrish tastefully, rather than inserting random action words in the middle of - Slam! Bam! Let's Go Action NOW! - a Japanese song. Like that.
