@Robin11567 It means that in hardcoremode everyone has 60% health, while in softcore everyone has 100% health. This means that in hardcore you don't have to get a headshot with a sniper to kill with 1 shot as it is in softcore. Meaning that it's easier to kill with a sinper rifle in hardcore.

For hardcore that isnt so hard core. in normal, You must aim for the head for a one hit kill. and this is no different from quickscoping.
