Replacing DBZ with Narutard were some of the final nails in the coffin, along with a smaller selection of shows in the block, on top of Tom 4, no more epic bumps, etc.

Actually UndeadPyro is kinda right. Even the creator of Naruto admits that the character Naruto is heavily based off of Goku. Although Naruto is not a complete rip-off of DBZ you can still find ALOT of similarities than "they both had people fighting".

And I think the main reason for Toonami's canellation is because of Tom 4, and CN's new president at the time. He was the one who decided to cancel Toonami.
