I just got my haruhi, mikuru, and yuki figmas. Yuki can't really look up since her hair being close to the back of her neck won't allow it., but the figures are excellent overall.

Actually the figure isn't that expensive, the cheapest that I have seen it for is $30.

Yup, PVC. It stands for Poly Vinyl Carbite. It is a kind of plastic material. Others used to make figures are ABS and POM.
