Manson's Music has become so silly. It's fun for a listen but not worth anything. He lost most of his lyrical depth ten years ago. It's a shame really. he's just a older guy who makes cheesy sexual jokes all the time now.

@yancybutler What are you talking about? The High End of Low is one of his deepest albums yet. Nearly all of the lyrics have a personal meaning for him. All of his songs don't have to be super deep and philosophical either, he has always made music to shock people too.

Marilyns record company said that he couldn't say that cuz it's illegal to say that you're going to kill the president or something like that and they asked him to do an edited version or to change and he refused to because he wasn't going to ruin the song. It's all the damn governments fault.

On the album they have the long beep too, what happened is marilyn's record company said that you can't say that cuz it's illegal and he said well i'm not going to change it or make an edited version so they had to just beep out that whole line. that's the government for you, fucking bastards.
