How to reset your minecraft server (MAC)

Say I'm running a minecraft server, and for about a week I save and quit the server (I type the command 'stop' and it saves the chunks and shuts down the server) but then I place TNT and it destroys everything, is there any way i can reload one of them automatic saves? So I can go back to before I placed the TNT? Thanks!

When there's world in my folder it will say outdated. I deleted world I tried the server it said cannot connect refused server. And when I delete the world folder I run the 64 server thing and it puts world back. Can anyone help?

The IP you used: was that your external IP or your internal IP? I'm trying to test my server from another computer at another internet connection and I'm not sure which IP to enter in.

If you still havent figured it out (lol) you need to update the client (dl the latest version).

keep in mind, the servers' client needs to be updated as well so there may be down time
