@TheGrandmarquisv8 He was neither, the driver had to swerve slightly to avoid an oncoming car which was over his side of the road. The lorries tyre then slipped off of the road (no pavement or bank) and pulled the lorry across the road. When the tyres regained grip the lorry was obviously facing straight across the road and simply drove up the bank opposite, rolling and spilling its load over the Mercedes that had slipped just underneath.
