i looked closely at the screen and the color background of the room changes twice which means he only did it 1/3rd that many 1990 spins and it is fake.

He does one spin with his legs in a lower position, then that is replayed. Then his legs go higher, and that is replayed, then he finishes.

That's true but you get more if you do.

Motion is transferred better when you're spine is straight. If you look straight you're spine is straighter allowing more rotations.

Still if it feels uncomfortable you're probably not going to get more rotations.

Yea very good, although its harder to balance at first touch ur head to ur spinning arm and keep it straight with ur body (itll make u more aerodynamic and keep u spinning faster). If u look at cico he does t like that.
