I think that's Sawao. In the album cover of Another Morning Another Pillows, it's them dressed as girls, and that "lady" looks like the one in the middle. On the Thank You My Twilight album, it's them just sitting down and relaxing, and since it came out first I would believe they would keep the original sitting arrangement.
