Ouch! We had a similar incident when we were first testing our zipline. It was initially attached to the forks of my dad's Catapillar loader. The tire brake failed. Luckily it was the first test run with a large stump rather than me riding. Just posted a later accident when we converted the zip line to a bungee jumping station. Split my scalp open pretty bad.
