To be honest i don't think Heroes was that bad

perhaps a few stories could of been changed

If they ever bring Heroes back then they should perhaps get better writers or something

@TimeladyInEngland that is exactly what they need to do and rather try to put all the focus on all 50 friggin characters on the show, narrow it down to like 2-4 main characters. IMO Peter and Sylar had the best stories and character developement. Maybe include the others as like minor characters but not main (especially Claire and Hiro) Hrg and Mohinder got boring too. Then produce more interesting stories wrapped around those two.

I wanted to kill him at the end of it he was getting WAY too boring and i was happy when he got shot by Mohinder but then he got brought back and i was like 'AWWW COME ON' :L What i am doing hopefully next year I am creating my own heroes but Heroes the next generation where i am getting a group of people together to be like Sylar's kid, Peter's kid etc I am Sylar's daughter ;) But yeahh Or maybe just have Sylar then bring in new characters

Thanks to Netflix I'm getting familiarized with this show. Sylar is your typical whacko, then he surprises you with an episode or two where he doesn't kill someone. Then it's back to whackoville. Not a shocker that ratings dropped, season three was the point at which this show should have ended with some dignity.

So here I am feeling horrible about all the hate smattered across the internet about how much Sylar sucks. I'll admit I'm a late comer to Heroes fandom, and I've been playing catch-up for months - but as far as favorite characters go, Sylar's still making the top of the list. Yeah, some of the writing's gone a bit wonky in later seasons, but when you're creating a world as complicated as the Heroes world is and always has been, that's going to happen no matter what you do.

I just thought of sumthing, Nathan/Sylar said while hanging from the roof, "I've got a feeling the world aint seen nothing yet," What if that means the villain, either samuel or the volume 5 villain is like all powerful and evil to the core?

In that case ive thought of two pretty cool ideas:

a.) The super all powerful villain wants to kill everyone, so sylar becomes good and teams up with the heroes, and he sacrifices himself to save the world

or

b.) Sylar returns to his power hungry self of volume 1, and the two villains meet and have this insane fight and Sylar loses and dies!

I'm kinda nervous to see who this villain in volume 5 is. Some theories were thught up that Sylar is just the agent, not literally, of something much more powerful to come. SPOOKY... O.O

Season3 Part 1: Was cool. A lot of wtf moments for me, and the idea of sylar as peters 2nd bro was awesomee, but:

Season3 Part2: was just annoying. not even 1 good episode

Season4 at the moment is kind of good, but stil there are a lot of logical mistakes caused by season 2 (Claires Blodd e.g.) and season 3 2nd half

Well, he did freeze Hiro's sword in season one, which caused it to snap into two pieces and then he used the power against Peter in the "Five Years Later" timeline in a classic fire & ice match-off. I can't remember if I've seen him use it anywhere else though...

Sylar has Intuitive Adaption. He can instantly understand something by studying, and when he studies someone's abilities, his body automatically alters to enable him to use them. Thats why he didn't have to kill Elle. Because he felt her pain and was able to understand her.

Gabriel/Sylar has the ability to know how things work so he slices the top of the skull to see how their powers work through their brain so he understands and is able to do them.

He inherited the slicing power and hunger from his dad and the slicing pattern is something he saw as a child when his dad killed his mom.

If he was like Nathan then he wouldn't need to kill people all he had to do is get near them absorb their power...but then the show would not be interesting.
