You should try to work on your hip extension, you have a strong back and legs. It looks like its not up to par with those two. try kettlebell swings, dimel deadlifts, and pull-throughs. Your start angle might be off. You might have to initiate the pull with your hamstrings more instead of lower back. Thats why you hitch, change position and it should help. Read up on Westside Barbell about deadlift help.
Flat out, I am trying to learn to keep my legs bent through the whole motion. I used to use my legs WAY too much to initiate the lift and by the time the bar was to my knees my legs were locked out and I'd have to hitch or finish the lift like it was a roman deadlift.
BUT
there are two underlying reason i want the change.
1. I want a form that is compatible with doing it very often and it not being hazardous for my health.
2. I want a lift that will be benefited a LOT by a suit

You look strong as hell, but it's hard to give form advice from this angle. Can you make a new vid from the side?

40lbs in chains. I am looking to become a whole lot more powerful. a hitched out 660 is NOT cutting it.
