@L00peey so they filmed it wrong.

it's a cilindrical tube standing up right

with the water in it spinning or starting so spin.

At the centerline there's a heavy liquidal dye injected so

it raises above the water, because the water is spinning the dye spins too

and makes shapes like these. simple right?
