This is going to be the next a-ha single rekeased on 21st September. They played it yesterday on radio 2 Ken Spruce show.you can listen to it till the 26th of August. They played the remix of this song which on 1st listen sounded so cool. anyway have a listen to the remix it's very good.
Definitely a potential single off the "foot of the mountain" album. Incidentally, this song is getting high-rotation airplay (4-5 plays a day) on "Radio Creme Brulee" - an American internet radio station that features current pop/rock music from both sides of the Atlantic alongside guilty pleasures, forgotten gems, and radio hits from the 80s, 90s, and 00s. To listen, type "radiocremebrulee" in your google search field and it should be the 1st result.
you meant to say "reminds me" ...not "remember me"....thought that might help with your english...i am learning spanish and appreciate it when people correct me...sorry if you feel otherwise...
There are so many bands that credit A-HA as the band that had great influence on them. Keane is one of them and of course Cold Play. Cold Play has been very vocal about how much they love & respect Morten & A-HA. This is just an old sound the A-HA is finally revisiting. The album is great! I love the updated version of the sound that put them into the elite of the music world in the 80's and put them where they are today with a huge, loving fan base!
Keane are truly inspired by A-ha, thankfully they just don't copy A-ha's songs. "Nothing in my way" or "The lovers are losing" are sentimental in a way that reminds me A-ha songs like "You'll never get over me"! I like and respect Keane.
So many artists of today take the inspiration from the bands of the past. Keane is not expection at all. There is no music today which not compares very much to another piece.
But A-ha played already this type of music 25 years ago, when these new artists still were nowhere!
The last good song of A-HA

Beautiful song. Don't let the greatness of The Bandstand and the other clear single choices distract you from this little gem.
A-ha have created an album that you could honestly release 5/6 singles from.
Not many albums have that strength and depth and is a testimony to all three band members for all they bring to A-ha as a collective.

I agree- all of them are geniuses
