death dive is what we call it at our feaild once you stall and it gose into a spiral dive most planes wont come out ive only seen a 3d plane come out of one of thee dive sorry for the loss.
It sounded like he stalled it. Once you get it into a flat spin, you're in real trouble. If you have enough altitude, you've got to give it some throttle so you have some speed to try and get control.
If it were tail heavy the nose would have gone up and the tail would have gone straight down.
@YoBroMan I don't think so. Flat sprials are difined as spirals with less than 45 degree pitch. In this case the turbulent air flow from the stalled wings hits the elevator and rudder and there is almost no control any more. When the planes CG is set well, it will tilt into a steep spriral itself and you can recover it. Otherwise it continues flat spinning and finally crashes.
You can also try to convert flat in steep spinning by pushing the elevator down and giving throttle.
Remember,,,, nose heavy planes fly terriable and tail heavy planes only fly once !!!!!!! BALANCE it before you fly it, that thing is or was real tail heavy.
What the hells wrong with this freekin video?
Why is the fuse so stubby, why is there too much dihedral?
Why am I here? Whats the meaning of life? How can I prolong my climaxes???

Some people should NOT fly RC warbirds...you're one of them!

lol first plane that used the stop sign

too little throttle, too steep of a bank, too much elevator and absolutely no rudder
plus it was tail heavy ,you were doomed from the start sorry for the lost bird.
If you're gonna fly warbirds slow ya need to learn to balance them spot on ,learn to keep the nose down and use the rudder in a banked turn

@Aircraftfreak155 Usually every plane can get out of the spiral. Else it is not developed properly or wrong loaded, e.g. tail-heavy.

i know but most of the time when this happens the piolits panic and dont corect time.

Wow, you should try that stunt on a simulator before ruining a perfectly good plane...

hi, sorry for ur loss but what was the reason for the crash, were you unable to get it out of the spiral dive?
headgalskit401 3 years ago
the wing load was to high and the planes C.G. may have been to far aft.tks
