I have just spoken to someone at the call center and they told me that a request for a replacment phone was sent straight away last week, the repair center have not got back to them yet and they are chasing it up now. Its as been nearly 3.5 months without a phone. They tell me now it should be next week!! I'm just being messed arouind.

When HTC announced the iPhone killer - Touch Diamond, I couldn't wait to own it. After viewing the demo, it doesn't even close the iPhone. You still need the pilot for most text entry and application navigation since the icons are too small for your finger tips. Screen rotation doesn't work as good as iPhone. I prefer to have a slide out keyboard likes the TYTN, my personal preference. Bottom line, the Diamond is a Window Mobile with add-on application, not too much of excitement.

It's funny you say that. Do a search for the HTC Raphael. Has the slide out keyboard. Also there is a HTC Touch Duo that is rumored to come out.
