  • CAKE!! OMG once I have ONE slice of cake, I'll literally eat the whole cake and more!

  • Chewy Chips Ahoy! They are the sweetest, most horrible temptation for me, wedged together all dainty and innocent in that tray. Before WW, I would eat the whole package in 1-2 sittings; now I know a package packs 1960 calories...and 46 POINTS!

  • Candy. CANDY CANDY CANDY! Especially non-chocolate ones...which sounds a little strange considering most people go crazy for chocolate. But chocolate usually makes me full, and the non-chocolate candies are easy to eat by the truckloads. Especially Wonka Bottle Caps. LOVE THEM.

  • My trigger foods are my homemade cut out cookies and double peanut butter cookies. I could literally eat so many of these cookies that I would make myself sick. Thank goodness I only make these maybe 3 times a year and then I give alot away so that I don't have that many around the house to temp me.

  • EVERYTHING, no matter what it is... is a trigger food for me. EVERY SINGLE THING I put into my mouth I want to keep on eating and eating.

  • Comfort carbs and starches. Mashed potatos, pasta, French fries, cheesy casseroles, fatty and or crunchy foods. Reduced fat triscuts. I could eat the whole box!

  • People often claim that you don't have to give up your favorite things, just have one bite of something and then put it away. IT'S SO NOT TRUE!

  • Everything chocolaty and nutty! Especially Toblerone and Lindt chocolate, Nutella bread spread, Ovaltine and chocolate chip or nut cookies.

    Also all kinds of potato chips. I never have any trigger foods at home and try to eat regulary, so that I'm not tempted to buy or eat this stuff.

  • Ice cream, but since you introduced the world to Arctic Zero, it's not such an issue anymore. I can eat the whole pint with not an ounce of guilt. Love it, love it, love it. Wish Sprouts would keep more of it in stock, though. The ladies are going nuts for it and the store freezer is always empty.

  • My trigger foods are pancakes, scones, and muffins-big muffins!!!! I really need your help, because I just got into modeling school-which is uber hard to get into! Comment on my page!!!! I need to keep my size 00 figure and eat the foods I love!

  • French fries... i cannot STOP! and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! I can only stop once the milk is gone. It's skim milk... so that's better... right? RIGHT? :)

  • Fresh baked cookies, packed cookies are fairly easy for me to avoid because I make gooood cookies. I can't make my good cookies anymore because I loooove them and cannot stop.

    Also cannot stop eating cobblers. One piece will not do - I need more, more, more!

  • Fast food is my trigger, I avoid it as best I can. If I like something out, I try to make it at home so I know I can stop. That and Ice cream...omg, I love Ice cream more than I should.

  • Sadly my trigger foods are at fast food restaurants, burgers and fries and such. Not so much if I make those things at home. I avoid fast food places as best I can, and stick to subway as my go out place. Oh, and ICE CREAM. I LOVE Ice cream more than I should. ;P

  • Chips and dip. Crazy for any kind of chip, pretzel, bread stick with dip, sour cream, butter and cream cheese on any of the above = huge problem with overeating.

  • My trigger foods is pasta, bread- it doesn't even have to have anything on it. It's fine by itself!, and cheese! I gotta have it!

    oh my god. i start out measuring my dainty two tablespoons, and within minutes aftereating my peanut buttery snack, i'm back in there, dunking pretzels into the jar and jelly on my bread that has two tbsp of the nutty deliciousness on it ALONE. it gets dangerous. and of course, it's like the highest calorie spread there is, second to maybe butter. people always tell me "oh that's healthy" and i'm like NOT HOW MUCH I EAT! good segment HG!

  • Ice Cream, restaurant bread, chips, cookies, pizza, and sour jube jubes. Skinny cow bars have become my go to snack when I crave sweets now:)

  • PIZZA!!! and COOKIES!!!

  • Chocolate and ice cream. I save them for the evening when I can portion them out and go to bed.

  • Oh and yes cool video! I liked the pop ups showing the calories. Maybe you could do a grocery store episode where like you show one food and how many calories it is and then show a recipe or something that would taste similar but a lot less calories. Just an idea?

  • My Trigger foods were all of those mentioned in the video. Made me hungry hearing about them. BTW, loved the video as it was soooo hip and exciting!
