I just got my Dell 530s about a month ago. Why does that little blue light below the main one "flicker?" Don't laugh, I hardly know anything about computers, I just noticed it and thought I would ask for the hell of it.
because the computer is thinking and processing everything it needs to so the light flickers and it also it means its responding to what your asking it to do
自分としてもInspiron530はDellの中でも性能、静けさ、デザインなどとてもいいほうだと思います。

535届きました
結果としてはまったく別の電源がついているらしく
最初から最後まで静かです
静か過ぎて逆にハードディスクのかすかなモーンという音が気になる感じです（今まで自分が使用していた別のＰＣと比較して）

最初から低速回転だとファンが回りださない恐れがあるので起動直後は高速で回すそうです。

NOW you should see my dell inspiron 530,i put a XFX 280gtx in it,boot time under 30secs with XFX 9300 motherboard with
WD VelociRaptor 300 GB and 800mhz A data ram,hafe way through the video is when I hit the on button

i have also Dell Inspiron 530 man, yes its quiet, but wait until the cooler become older, it will be very louder desktop...
